14. First thing to do, get a VPN. If you already have one, skip this step.
15. To get a VPN you can either purchase one, or download a free one, you will have to register and make an account to use it.

21. Next, you will need to download Low Orbit Ion Cannon (LOIC)

25. Ok, once you have all the necessary precautions and programs, here is what you need to do.
27. 1. Connect to your VPN, make sure your IP address is hidden, you don't want to get caught.
28. 2. Open LOIC, this is also when you need the website you are going to flood.
29. 3. Type the URL of the website into the 'URL' Box. And then click 'Lock On'
30. - You should see an IP address pop up into white characters, this is correct.
31. 4. Change the PORT to '80'
32. 5. Change the METHOD to 'HTTP'
33. 6. Make the threads anything between 500-1000 ( The more threads, the more power the site gets) [ You can go over 1000, but it can make your computer Processor lag.]

36. 8. At the bottom you should see LOADS of numbers moving quickly, unless every counter has stopped ( BESIDES 'FAILED' ) The site is offline.
37. 9. If the counters are still going, the site isn't offline. But it will soon if you leave it open, remember, thousands of people are doing it aswell.
38. 10. When the site is down, don't quit the flood. Hold the assholes offline until you want them on.
